I want to leave a review for this dental office because even though my experience was emotional, the staff truly deserves recognition. The office is very clean, organized, and professional. The customer service was great, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. Everyone took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. I do want to apologize to the staff who were working on Tuesday March 3 -2026 I was very overwhelmed and emotional, so I didn’t really speak much and didn’t say thank you the way I should have. Please know it had nothing to do with the care I received. Thank you for being patient and kind with me. I’m looking forward to starting this dental journey with your team.

Dr. B and his staff are the epitome of empathetic and excellent care. I have been a patient here for over a decade have yet to have a single negative experience. Due to some health issues my dental plan has been a bit complicated but Dr. Bringhurst and his staff were patient and caring every step of the way. I will continue to drive 30 minutes to see him and the wonderful office team! Alex is such an asset to the team! She runs a tight ship and always goes the extra mile to make sure I am taken care of. Adrianna and Xio are just as amazing. They are always two steps ahead with my scheduling and billing and are always so thorough and diligent when it comes to my plan. Everyone you meet here truly seems to be invested in you. A place that literally used to literally give me nightmares I now enjoy coming to because of the compassionate care I have and continue to receive. Thanks Rainsprings team! 💕
